    All orders will be processed within 3 days if in stock. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day.  If a shipping delay is expected you will be notified via email.

    Within the United States, all packages will be shipped via UPS/USPS from New York City. The flat rate shipping cost for all orders within the continental U.S. is $15.

    Sales tax is charged to those residing in New York only. There is no sales tax for orders outside of New York.

    For shipments outside the United States, pricing is for shipping only and does not include duties or taxes that may apply.

    Please Note: International Orders are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged via mail.

    Please be sure that all shipping information is entered correctly. In the event that you need an address correction please contact us right away with your updated shipping address.
    Please be sure you have made arrangements for the delivery of your order. We can not be held responsible for orders that are deemed non-deliverable. Customers will be charged for return shipment, which is equivalent to the amount paid for shipping.
    Should you wish to cancel your order, for any reason, we are happy to assist you until your order has been processed. Once it has been processed, you cannot cancel but you may return your order. Please refer to our return policy.
    For in-store pickup, please note: You’ll be notified when your order is ready for pick up by email.  Item availability is not guaranteed.
    Please note that our in-store return policy is different from our online return policy.  Items purchased in-store can be exchanged within 14 days with original receipt for store credit only.
